Hope INN is providing a facilitating environment and quality therapies for all types of physically and mentally challenged children. We formulate Individual Education Plan (IEP) for every child. We are a grooming platform for special need innocent souls where they are appreciated, encouraged and acknowledged with special focus on learning.
Our mission is to provide exceptional support and opportunities to our special education students because every child is unique and everyone has some superpowers.
Over the past year, we have faced unique challenges, but together, we have adapted and continued to make strides in ensuring that every student receives the best education possible. Continuous resilience, creativity and advocacy will empower every student to reach his / her full potential. Ms Shazia Malik, the CEO of the institute is a healthcare professional who is specialized in behavioural Sciences (FJWU) and Speech language pathology (RCRS). She has laid the foundation of this centre in year 2015 with the vision of creating an environment where excellence in teaching methodologies, quality research and innovative services could be introduced and promoted for special need population. Her remarkable leadership skills that enable all team members to effectively guide, inspire and influence so many lives altogether. Like an effective leader she fosters a collaborative and inclusive team environment while promoting trust, cooperation and synergy, identifying opportunities for growth, assessing risks and making long-term plans. She has a clear vision in articulating a compelling future direction having much experience in various settings, including schools, hospitals and private practices. She is effectively performing her duties ranging from organizing workshops for teachers, clients, and parents to assessing, diagnosing and developing treatment plans for individuals having speech, language and communication difficulties.
